In this post, I’m sharing 9 easy Lazy Keto recipes that are perfect for busy days, quick lunches, or weeknight dinners. These recipes use everyday ingredients, come together fast, and help you stay on track without overthinking your meals.

Eating keto doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the kitchen or tracking every bite. If you’re looking for a simple, no-stress way to stay low-carb, Lazy Keto might be your new best friend. With this approach, you just focus on keeping your net carbs low—no need to count calories or obsess over macros.

Let’s dive into the deliciously simple world of Lazy Keto!

What Is Lazy Keto?

Lazy Keto is a simplified version of the traditional ketogenic diet that focuses on keeping your daily net carbs between 20 to 50 grams, without the need to track calories or hit specific fat and protein targets. It’s a more relaxed and approachable way of doing keto which is perfect for those who want the benefits of a low-carb lifestyle without the hassle of detailed meal tracking or food logging.

This method skips the macros math and makes it easier to stick with keto long term. You simply prioritize low-carb foods like meats, eggs, cheese, leafy greens, and healthy fats while avoiding sugar, bread, pasta, and starchy vegetables.

Who Is Lazy Keto Best For?

Lazy Keto is ideal for busy people, beginners, or anyone who wants to ease into keto without getting overwhelmed. It’s also great for people who’ve already done strict keto and are looking for a more flexible way to maintain their results.

What Kinds of Recipes Work for Lazy Keto?

Lazy Keto recipes are all about simplicity. Think easy one pan meals, no cook lunches, and quick snacks made from everyday ingredients. You don’t need fancy substitutions or a pantry full of keto specialty items, just simple, low-carb meals you can pull together fast.

UNSTUFFED EGGROLL IN A BOWL

Easy to make unstuffed eggroll in a bowl

I always keep a bag of coleslaw mix on hand for making fast and easy meals. It’s great for using in salads or in dishes such as this. This can be on the table in less than 30 minutes. Simply brown the ground pork, toss in the coleslaw mix and add the sauce ingredients. Cook until the coleslaw mix has softened a bit and you are ready to serve it up.

Serve this over cauliflower rice to keep it keto or over traditional rice for family members who don’t follow a keto diet.

MEDITTERANEAN LEMON CHICKEN

This is one of our favorite chicken marinades. Toss your chicken in a bag, cover it with marinade and stick it in the refrigerator until the next day. Then cook it on the grill, in the oven, in a pan or in the air fryer. No matter how you cook it the chicken stays nice and tender.

Why not prep a extra bag of marinated chicken. Just store it in the freezer in the marinade. Take it out the day before you want to cook it and allow it to thaw in the refrigerator. It will continue to marinate while it is thawing. Eat the chicken with some keto cauliflower mashed potatoes and veggies. Or use the chicken to top your favorite salad mix.
