Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Keto Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup coriander
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sugarfree Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 cup Light Cream
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Grease your muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sweetener). Whisk until combined.
  • In another bowl combine the eggs, cream and peanut butter and beat until blended.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips or save to sprinkle over the tops of the muffins.
  • Divide evenly between 10 muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Place finished muffins on a wire rack and allow to cool.
