Life is too short to eat bad tasting Keto Products!
For baking I have found Lily’s chocolate chips keto friendly chocolate chips online and recently they appeared in my local Walmart. There are several varieties to choose from including dark chocolate, semi sweet chocolate and white chocolate. They have 1 net gram of carbs per tablespoon of chocolate chips.

WAXED PAPER SQUARES:
While not specifically a food product this is one of my favorite products to help me when I make freezer meals. These pre-cut waxed squares are the perfect size for placing between individual food items that are being frozen (hamburgers, chicken burgers, salmon/tuna burgers, breakfast sausage patties etc).
Forget wasting time cutting up rolled waxed paper. These squares are perfectly cut and low cost to use. They will keep your burgers from welding together in the freezer to form one giant solid mass. No more trying to use a knife to try to break one patty from the block of patties. Simply remove the burgers you need because they aren’t frozen together.
Spicy Dill Pork Rinds:
What can I say about these….spicy, tangy, crunchy, delicious. Besides spicy dill flavor there are also Pineapple Ancho Chili, Kimchi BBQ, Sea Salt & Black Pepper and Thai Style Curry. I have tried them all and they are delicious!
Stoka Bars:
These bars are amazingly crispy and crunchy! They were another Keto Krate find. Eat the bar as it is or crush it up a little before opening the package to create a delicious granola to top other items.
They come in vanilla almond and cocoa almond. I just saw that that they now also have a new flavor…. peanut chocolate chip. I haven’t tried those yet but they are on my list for the next time I order.

Smartcakes:
OMG these are soooo good!!! I have tried all of the flavors and they are all delicious. My favorites are the Lemon Cream and Cinnamon flavors. But they all are very good.
You would never know that they were low carb. Their texture is outstanding! They now also make the MOST AMAZING burger buns! The sesame SmartBuns are a game changer when it comes to low carb bread. Liviva Shirataki Noodles:
I’ve tried a variety of shirataki noodles. Some of them have an odd, fishy smell that is a little strange. No amount of rinsing seems to help and there has always been a slight flavor that carries over to whatever dish you are making.
But not with Zeroodles (now called Liviva Shirataki Noodles)!
These shirataki noodles have a bit of oat fiber which seems to help taste, smell and texture. These things are awesome! Plus they make a variety of shapes including rice. Now don’t get me wrong. I like cauliflower rice. But it still has a cauliflower taste. It’s been nice to add “rice” to dishes and not have that cauliflower taste come through. I am thoroughly enjoying this product and buy it by the case (6 packages with 2 packs of rice in each one) through Amazon.
On Amazon they have some packages that are now branded as Liviva. It appears they have changed their name and packaging but the produce is still the same. You get two smaller packages in the larger one. Personally I find that one package, or at least 3/4 of one package, makes a great single serving size. You can find various shapes of noodles (spaghetti, penne, fettuccine and rice shaped noodles) on Amazon.
Quest Protein Chips:
I love these protein chips! They have a very similar texture to regular potato chips and the flavors are great. They come in Sour Cream & Onion, BBQ and Cheddar & Sour Cream. I wish they would make a Salt & Vinegar variety at some point.
These are great when you have the urge to snack on regular chips and at 4 net grams of carbs per bag they the perfect treat to have now and then.

Shrewd Protein Crisps:
These look like little cheese balls and taste just as good. They come in a variety of flavors including savory flavors including Baked Cheddar, Brickoven Pizza, Sriracha Cheddar and sweet flavors such as Cookies & Cream and Strawberry & Cream. Nice and crunchy!
BETTER THAN GOOD PROTEIN PUFFS:
These little protein puffs remind me of mini cheese puffs. They are crunchy and delicious. Get them in the salted caramel flavor and you will not be sorry! These hit the spot when the craving for something a bit sweet kicks in. They are also available in ranch, jalapeno and cheddar as well as BBQ veggie. So amazingly good!
