I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love a good burger. If you’re on the keto diet one of these keto burgers makes a fast and delicious meal.
While ground beef burgers are high on the list of keto burger recipes it would be a shame to not try some of these delicious chicken, turkey, salmon and even pork burgers.
These burgers will score some points for being quick to whip up, fast to cook, filling and delicious. There’s no rules that say burgers must be hand held. Try sticking them on a plate or make your keto burgers in a bowl. Load them up with toppings for a hearty meal you can eat with a knife and fork.

These keto burgers creations will quickly earn a place in your meal plan rotation. I’ve included carbs and net carbs next to each description to make it easy for you to work them into your meal plan. Burgers make an easy keto meal so give one of these low carb burgers a try.
Spinach Avocado Chicken Burgers

These ground chicken keto burgers filled with chunks of avocado and chopped spinach make a delicious addition to your meal plate. If you serve without the avocado mayo each burger (if you make 4 burgers per pound of ground chicken) come in at 6. 3 gram carbs, 4 grams fiber for 2.3 net grams of carbs.

Oh my gosh these are good. How can you go wrong with gooey cheese filling the middle of your burger. And with just 1 gram of carbs for each burger you can load up on some veggies for a side dish. Give these a try with ground chicken or turkey or even try using the “meatloaf” meat mixture found at many local stores. This is usually a blend of beef, pork and veal.

Fully. Loaded. Burgers. Yes these burgers are so loaded that they had to be shaped into bowls to hold all the filling. The ones in the photo are loaded with cheese, sauteed mushrooms, more cheese, and bacon. Then they are topped with BBQ sauce, ranch and a sprinkling of chives. Using the recipe if you form them into 6 bowls, instead of 4, top each with 2 teaspoons ranch dressing and 2 teaspoons BBQ sauce then each burger bowl with have 5.9 grams of carbs and 0.2 grams fiber for a total of 5.7 grams of carbs.
Feta Cheese Keto Burgers

These delicious keto burgers have only 1.2 grams of carbs per burger. Make them Greek style by topping them with a little Tzatziki sauce and serving them with a spinach salad.

The original recipe calls for panko bread crumbs to bind the ground salmon together when making burger patties.. Replace that with almond flour to cut the carbs down. A burger topped with 1/4 of the salsa mixture comes in at 3 grams of carbs, 0.5 grams of fiber for 3.5 net grams of carbs. If you love salmon then you will certainly want to try these tasty burgers.

My daughter love anything with jalapenos in it. When I saw this recipe I knew she would enjoy it. The cream cheese jalapeno mixture in the middle becomes so soft and gooey when the burgers cook. This recipe is a winner for any jalapeno lovers. With only 1 gram of carbs per burger it will fit into your meal plan. Freezer tip: make a few batches and freeze them. When you want to use them it’s best to let them thaw before cooking. We’ve found that cooking them frozen does not allow the center to cook properly and the cheese does not get all melty.

These cheesy garlic burgers pair perfectly with the zucchini noodles. You can use a spiralizer to create your zucchini noodles or purchase them from your local grocery stores fresh food or freezer section. This recipe creates 4 servings and each of them has 5.8 grams of carbs, 0.5 grams of fiber for 5.3 net grams of carbs.

Not just another version of a feta keto burger. This turkey burger contains diced sun dried tomatoes to give it a burst of flavor. You can use sun dried tomatoes packed in oil or look for already sliced sun dried tomatoes in the salad topping section of the grocery store. I get them in bags and they save time, as well as the oily mess, of slicing my own.
Southwest Turkey Burger

Give the recipe suggestion of topping the burgers with a bit of sour cream a try. It’s great! These would also taste great with a bit of your favorite salsa or guacamole on them as well. Each burger, eaten without a bun, comes in at 5 grams carbs, 1.8 grams of fiber and 3.2 net grams of carbs.

Make this great tasting burger keto friendly by passing on the bun. Top your burger with the Asian Slaw (the link to the recipe is found in the burger recipe) or top the burger with about 1/3 cup of your favorite coleslaw mix. With 1/3 cup of coleslaw each burger has 5.9 grams of carbs, 1.5 grams of fiber for 4.4 net grams of carbs.
