Turkey Cranberry Sliders Recipe (Thanksgiving Leftover)

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian Slider Buns
  • 12 ounces Leftover Turkey sliced
  • 2 cups Stuffing
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Poppyseeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Cut all the soft Hawaiian rolls in half. Lay the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13 baking dish.

  • Top the rolls with a layer of turkey leftovers. Spread a layer of cranberry sauce and stuffing. Cover with slices of cheese. Place top half of the rolls on the sliders.
    12 ounces Leftover Turkey, 1 cup Cranberry Sauce, 2 cups Stuffing
  • In a saucepan, combine the butter, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Stirring often, bring the mixture to a boil.

  • Use a sharp knife to slice between the rolls to separate them slightly.
  • Spoon the glaze over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove foil for last 5 minutes of baking so tops of rolls brown slightly.
