Add diced pumpkin, potatoes, chicken, paprika, chili flakes, sriracha, and olive oil to a large bowl. Season to taste with salt. Combine well.
Set aside and let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
When ready to bake pour the marinated chicken into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake until golden brown and tender, approximately 15-20 additional minutes. Remove from oven. Serve and Enjoy!
