Ingredients

  • 16 ounces strawberries frozen whole or sliced
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup keto simple syrup

Instructions

  • Place half of the frozen strawberries into a high-powered blender. Add the lime juice, 1/4 cup of simple syrup and rum. Cover and blend on highest setting until smooth.
  • Remove the blender cover and add in the half of the remaining frozen strawberries. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Repeat with the remaining strawberries. Continue blending until all strawberries have been added and the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Now start blending in the ice 1 cup at a time. Blending until smooth after each addition.
  • Taste your strawberry daiquiri. If you need it a bit sweeter and more simple syrup a tablespoon at a time until you get it to your desired level of sweetness.
  • Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a slice of lime and/or fresh strawberries right before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Note:
Before making the drink take a few minutes to make the simple syrup. You can find our recipe for easy to make a sugar free simple syrup here. Allow the syrup to cool so the warmer temperature doesn't melt the drink.
