Place the mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave the cheese 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 seconds until melted.
Mix in almond flour and baking powder.
Add in the egg. Mix until blended and then knead the dough until it is soft.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment and roll out to about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide. Place the mini sausage on the dough, roll until it is wrapped around it, cut and press the ends together.
Bake in a 350 F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the dough is browned.
