Homemade Egg-Free Keto Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together the anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and garlic.

  • Slowly add the olive oil whisking after each addition.
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Add the parmesan cheese and mix.
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Optional - Whisk in 1/2 to 3/4 cup of mayonnaise if making creamy Caesar Salad Dressing.
