Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet or Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Apricot Jam
  • 8 ounce Brie wheel
  • 8 ounce Cheddar Cheese Block
  • 1/3 cup Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1/2 cup White Cheddar Cheese cubes
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese cubes
  • 1/2 cup M&M's
  • 2-3 Kit Kats bars
  • 1-2 Rolo rolls
  • 15 Crackers assorted
  • 6 Popcorn Balls

Instructions

Prepare the cheese:

  • With a sharp knife remove the top ¼ of the wheel of brie cheese. Carefully cut out the word “BOO” out of the slice that you removed from the top of the cheese. Spread apricot jam on the bottom portion of the brie and cover with the top.
  • Cut the apple smoked cheddar first into slices. Then cut the slices into triangles.

To assemble the charcuterie board:

  • Begin by positioning the small bowl containing the jam and the brie on your charcuterie board.
8 ounce Brie, 1/2 cup Apricot Jam
  • Alternate the cut triangle shaped slices of cheese to create the decorative shape seen in the picture above. Use some of the nuts or dried fruit to help support the slices.
8 ounce Cheddar Cheese, 1/3 cup Cashews, 1/2 cup Dried Apricots
  • Add the crackers and popcorn balls to the board as these are the other large items that will take up most of the space on the board.
    15 Crackers, 6 Popcorn Balls
  • Place some of the small candies around the bowl with the jam.
    1/2 cup M&M's
  • Place small piles of single pieces of Kit Kat bars, Rolo candies and cheese cubes.
1/2 cup White Cheddar Cheese, 2-3 Kit Kats, 1-2 Rolo, 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • Fill in the gaps with small amounts of nuts and dried fruit.
