Ingredients

  • 3 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicon baking mat.
  • Break each slice of cheese into 4 pieces and space them out on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over all the slices.
  • Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. The baking time will vary from oven to oven. Keep a close watch on the chips to prevent them from burning.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool so they become firm and crispy.

Notes

This works well with cheddar cheese, swiss and other slices of firm cheese.
