Looking for a crunchy keto chip to snack on or to enjoy with your favorite dip? Then whip up a batch of these super easy to make keto cheese chips also known as cheese crisps.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicon baking mat.
Break each slice of cheese into 4 pieces and space them out on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over all the slices.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. The baking time will vary from oven to oven. Keep a close watch on the chips to prevent them from burning.
Remove from oven and allow to cool so they become firm and crispy.

This works well with cheddar cheese, swiss and other slices of firm cheese.
