Ingredients

  • 3 cups whipped topping 8 ounce container
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 box Strawberry Gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Lemon Zest 1/2 lemon
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Using the whisk attachment on a mixer, beat the cream cheese for 45 seconds, making sure it is smooth.
    8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • Add the remaining ingredients and beat on medium until combined, scraping the sides as needed.
    3 cups whipped topping, 1 box Strawberry Gelatin, 1 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, Lemon Zest, Pinch of Salt
  • Spoon into a bowl and serve at room temperature.
