Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian Slider Buns 12 slider rolls
  • 1 1/2 pounds Pulled Pork Leftover
  • 2 cups Coleslaw
  • 12 Pickles Bread and Butter or your favorite type
  • 1 Cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon BBQ Seasoning

Optional:

  • fresh parsley minced

Instructions

Prep ingredients:

  • Prepare the slider buns: Gently place the rolls, top up, on a moveable surface such as a cutting board and use a bread knife to cut them in half in order to have a top and bottom just like any traditional sandwich. Place the tops aside and leave the bottoms, inside up, on the board.
    Prepare the pulled pork – Reheat the leftover pork in a pan over low heat with a little BBQ sauce and a splash of water to keep it from drying out.
    1 package Hawaiian Slider Buns

To make sandwiches:

  • Spread the leftover pulled pork over the rolls, evenly.
    1 1/2 pounds Pulled Pork
  • Spread the coleslaw over the top of the pulled pork, evenly.
    2 cups Coleslaw
  • Place one pickle on each slider section.
    12 Pickles
  • Drizzle the top of the pickles with your favorite BBQ sauce.
    1 Cup BBQ sauce
  • Place the roll tops on the filling.
  • Place the BBQ seasoning in the melted butter and stir well. Brush onto the tops of the sliders.
    4 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon BBQ Seasoning
  • If desired, sprinkle some minced fresh parsley over the top of the sliders. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Optional: You can also toast your sliders
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 10-12 minutes. This helps warm everything up and slightly toasts the buns.
