Ingredients

  • 4 Avocados
  • 1 Shallot minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno deseeded and finely diced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and spoon out the flesh from each half into a medium bowl.

  • Mash with a fork until mostly smooth but still slightly chunky.
  • Add the remaining shallots, cilantro, jalapeno, lime, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
