Equipment

  • 12-cup muffin tin
  • medium bowl
  • Mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup Apple grated
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Prepare your 12 cup muffin pan by greasing the cups with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon muffin mix into the muffin cups using a 1/3 cup measuring cup. 
  • Place in oven and cook for 12-14 minutes or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove and let sit until cool.
  • Serve with maple syrup or your favorite pancake syrup on the side for dipping.
