Ingredients

  • 16 ounces bag of shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice bottled juice or the juice of 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Lime Zest zest of 1 lime
  • 2 Green Onions thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Start by combining the mayonnaise, cilantro, lime zest and green onions in a bowl.
    1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, Lime Zest, 2 Green Onions
  • Mix in the lime juice, rice vinegar and honey.
    3 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons honey
  • Add the garlic powder, black pepper, cumin and salt. Stir until they are blended in.
    1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Mix the coleslaw mix and the dressing together until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
