Pour the coffee, milk and 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce into a blender.
1/2 cup strong coffee or espresso, 1 cup milk, 4 tablespoons Caramel Sauce
Add ice. Blend for 2 minutes.
1 cup Ice
Use the remaining caramel sauce to drizzle inside of your glasses.
Divide drink between two glasses. Top with whipped cream and 1 tablespoon of crushed caramel candy.
Notes
Caramel candy - this recipe used Werther's hard caramel candies (crushed) to make the caramel crunchies that top of the drink. About 3 pieces crushed will make 2 tablespoons of caramel crunchies.
