Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh salmon filet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line your baking sheet if desired.
  • Remove the skin from the salmon fillets. Pat them dry. Cut salmon into 1 inch squares.

  • Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat. Place in the refrigerator and allow the salmon to sit in the sauce for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Place the salmon on the baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake the salmon at 400 F for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
