Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1/2 cup Coffee Strong Coffee or Espresso, Cold
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons Pistachio Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Coffee Creamer

Optional ingredients

  • whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons Pistachios chopped

Instructions

  • Pour the coffee, milk, pistachio syrup and powdered coffee creamer into a blender. Pulse several times to combine.
    1/2 cup Coffee, 1 cup milk, 4 tablespoons Pistachio Syrup, 1 tablespoon Powdered Coffee Creamer
  • Add the ice to the blender. Blend on high speed for two minutes or until the mixture is creamy and foamy.
    1/2 cup Ice
  • Pour the frothy into the glass all the way to the top, garnish with whipped cream and chopped pistachios if desired. Serve right away.
