Equipment

  • 1 Medium sauce pan
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients

To make Pumpkin Spice Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Pumkin Puree
  • 2-3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Mix

To make Whipped Cream:

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

To make Latte (amounts needed per serving):

  • 4 ounces Espresso or 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Sauce
  • 16 ounces Whole Milk

Instructions

To make Pumpkin Spice Sauce:

  • In a sauce pan combine the pumpkin puree, sweetener and pumpkin spice. Simmer on low for 4 to 5 minutes stirring often. Remove from the heat and use the sauce to make your latte.
    1/2 cup Pumkin Puree, 2-3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Mix

To make Whipped Cream:

  • Prepare your whipped cream: Place the chilled heavy cream in a bowl and use a hand held mixer to whip the cream until it stiffens and firm peaks form. Place the whipped cream into the refrigerator to keep it chilled until you a ready to add it to your drink.
    1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

To make Pumpkin Spice Latte:

  • Prepare your espresso or strong coffee. Mix the espresso with 1/4 cup of pumpkin sauce. Stir well to combine. Divide the espresso mixture between 2 mugs.
    4 ounces Espresso, 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Sauce
  • Steam and froth your milk. Pour half of the steamed milk over each mug of espresso.
    16 ounces Whole Milk
  • Divide the whipped cream between the two mugs and sprinkle with a dash of the pumpkin spice mixture. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe makes two servings of Pumpkin Spice Latte (approximately about a 12 ounce serving).
