Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prep your baking sheet by wrapping in foil if desired. Place baking rack on baking sheet
In a mixing bowl blend together brown sugar, dry mustard, cinnamon, nutmeg and cayenne.
Twist each slice of bacon and roll in brown sugar mixture. Place on baking rack.
Bake for 25 minutes. Check the color of your bacon. Everyone likes bacon cooked to a different level of doneness and every oven cooks a be differently. This is the type of recipe that you want to check after the initial cooking time as you may need to cook it a bit longer.
The finished bacon should look browned and crispy. If your bacon needs to cook for a bit longer leave it for another 5 minutes. Check the bacon every 5 minutes until it is looking browned and crispy. You don’t want to over cook it as the brown sugar mixture can begin to burn.
