Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Mix

Instructions

  • Hard boil the eggs, cool and remove the shell. Slice ihe eggs in half and remove the egg yolks.
    6 hard boiled eggs
  • In a bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Mix in the mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, Salt and Pepper
  • Spoon or pipe the egg mixture into the eggs. Garnish with a sprinkle of Everything Bagel seasoning mix over the tops of the eggs.
