Hard boil eggs, cool and remove shell. Slice in half and remove egg yolk.

In a bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Mix in the cream cheese, mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4 tablespoons Cream Cheese, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, Salt and Pepper to taste
Bake the pepperoni in a 350 F oven for 4-5 minutes. Turn over and bake another 2 to 3 minutes until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess fat. Allow to cool.
Spoon or pipe the egg mixture into the eggs. Top with a pepperoni slice. Garnish with paprika.
