Keto Deviled Egg Recipe With Pepperoni (Cream Cheese)

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Paprika
  • 12 slices Pepperoni

Instructions

  • Hard boil eggs, cool and remove shell. Slice in half and remove egg yolk.

  • In a bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Mix in the cream cheese, mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    4 tablespoons Cream Cheese, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Bake the pepperoni in a 350 F oven for 4-5 minutes. Turn over and bake another 2 to 3 minutes until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess fat. Allow to cool.
  • Spoon or pipe the egg mixture into the eggs. Top with a pepperoni slice. Garnish with paprika.
