Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 14 ounces Little Smokies

Instructions

  • Place the mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave the cheese 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 seconds until melted.
  • Mix in almond flour and baking powder.
  • Add in the egg. Mix until blended and then knead the dough until it is soft.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment and roll out to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide. Place the mini sausage on the dough, roll until it is wrapped around it, cut and press the ends together.
  • Bake in a 350 F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the dough is browned.
