Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cauliflower riced
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Melt butter in skillet over medium heat to medium-high heat.

  • Add riced cauliflower. Saute for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently

  • Add spices and stir well.
    1/2 to 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Cook until the cauliflower is tender crisp. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

"Riced" cauliflower is cauliflower that has been finely chopped or grated. You can use fresh or frozen cauliflower.
