Pumpkin Spice Creamer Ingredients
- 13.5 ounce can of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Now you may ask yourself where is the pumpkin?
Pumpkin spice creamer is just that…creamer made with the spices that flavor pumpkin baked goods. You don’t typically find actual pumpkin in the creamer. The small amount of pumpkin that could be added to the creamer, without changing the texture and leaving globs of pureed pumpkin in the creamer, doesn’t add much flavor. All the flavor comes from the spice blend.
Directions to make pumpkin spice creamer
Over medium heat in a medium sized saucer pan, add in the coconut milk (or milk of your choice), heavy cream , pumpkin spice and sweetener of your choice.
Bring the mixture in the sauce pan to a rapid boil. Turn the heat down and simmer, while stirring frequently for 6-8 minutes until you see the mixture start to thicken a bit.
Remove the creamer from the heat and let it cool. Once cool pour the creamer into a container and store in the fridge.
Remember to shake the creamer gently each time before using. If the creamer has been sitting for a bit the spices can settle out to the bottom of the container. Give it a quick shake to distribute them through the creamer mixture before using.

How to Store Homemade Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Store this homemade creamer in the refrigerator in a sealed container. It will last up to 2 weeks.
Not using this creamer fast enough? You can store extra creamer in the freezer. Just keep in mind that it may separate slightly when thawing. Shake the creamer to incorporate all the ingredients back into the mixture once it has fully thawed.
