Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Zest of a Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced
  • 2 tablespoons Rosemary minced
  • 2 tablespoons chives minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Using a fork mash the other ingredients into the softened butter.
  • To form it into a log spoon the butter into the center of a piece of plastic wrap in the shape of a log. Wrap the plastic wrap around the butter and then gently roll to make the log shape even.
  • Refrigerate the butter log for at least an hour to allow it to firm up. You can also place it in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
