Hard boil the eggs, cool and remove shells. Cut in half. Remove the egg yolks and place in a bowl.

Peel the avocado and mash it in a separate bowl. Mix in the egg yolk.
1 medium avocado
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.
2 tablespoons mayo, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Rinse the egg whites to remove any residue and pat them dry gently. Transfer the avocado and egg yolk mixture into a piping bag and carefully pipe it back into the hollows of the egg whites.
Garnish the deviled eggs with paprika powder and parsley.
