Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground pork you can also use beef, turkey or a combination of meats
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons sage
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Form into patties.
  • If cooking: in a large skillet cook over medium heat until centers are no longer pink

Notes

Optional: turn these pork breakfast sausage patties into delicious maple flavored breakfast sausage by adding in 2 tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup.
