Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together the anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and garlic.
  • Slowly add the olive oil whisking after each addition.
  • Add the parmesan cheese and mix.
  • Optional - Whisk in 1/2 to 3/4 cup of mayonnaise if making creamy Caesar Salad Dressing.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
