Mocha Keto Butter Coffee Recipe

Whip up a batch of this butter coffee mixture and pour it into small take out containers. These are the size of the containers often used for salad dressing when you get a take out meal. They are the perfect size for a cup of coffee. You can also split them in half if desired. Omit the cocoa powder for a plain butter coffee pod.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter salted or unsalted
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream or half and half
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons Swerve or your choice of no calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place the butter and solid coconut oil in a microwave safe container. Microwave for 20 second intervals until melted.
  • Mix in cream, cocoa powder, Splenda and vanilla extract.
  • Stir until well combined and no cocoa powder clumps remain.
  • Pour into containers and place in freezer to harden up.
  • Store in freezer until needed.
