Ingredients

  • 2 bags Coleslaw Mix 2 - 14 ounce bags of coleslaw mix
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Swerve
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix the sweetener with the apple cider vinegar to ensure that it’s well dissolved. Then add in the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the shredded bagged coleslaw mixture.
  • Chill for an hour and serve.

Notes

Use two bags of pre-shredded coleslaw mix (about 14 ounces per bag).
