2bagsColeslaw Mix2 - 14 ounce bags of coleslaw mix
2/3cupmayonnaise
1/4cupSwerve
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
2tablespoonsDijon Mustard
Instructions
In a bowl mix the sweetener with the apple cider vinegar to ensure that it’s well dissolved. Then add in the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the shredded bagged coleslaw mixture.
Chill for an hour and serve.
Notes
Use two bags of pre-shredded coleslaw mix (about 14 ounces per bag).
