Saves you money – Love cake mix cookies? Then save yourself some money by purchasing your favorite cake mixes when they go on sale. Stores often put cake mixes on sale around the holidays to entice customers in to purchase their sale items. With the cost of everything constantly going up why not take advantage of these sales to buy a few extra boxes.
Money and Time Saving Tip: Cake mix has a fairly long shelf life so I often buy cake mix when it goes on sale several weeks or even months before Christmas comes around.

I don’t want to rush around making dozens of cookies during the week of Christmas I buy them on sale ahead of time then make and sometimes even freeze the cookies. It’s a great way to avoid stress during the week before the holiday AND it saves me money too!
